Un plurinacionalismo contado desde el neoextractivismo en tierras bajas bolivianas.

In Bolivia since 2006 there is a progressive, indigenist and pro-environmental political rhetoric. The constitution recognizes the plurinationalism and autonomy of indigenous peoples, however, in practice, the agricultural frontier is extended, and extractive activities are intensified, affecting ancestral territories. There is a contradiction between the progressive discourse of respect for indigenous rights and protection of Mother Earth and the continued expansion of extractive activities. The resistance is articulated as defense against territorial dispossession by lowlands indigenous peoples facing the advances of neo-extractive policies. The objective of this article is to analyze territorial disputes against progressive neo-extractivism in the indigenous territories of the Bolivian lowlands.
