摘要

本文对1998-2008年南京市出生畸形儿童的患病率、结构及时间风险进行了分析。出生先天性异常患儿体重平均指数占(47.72±0.66)%。出生畸形总数结构以肌肉、骨骼和心血管畸形为主。根据ICD-10对先天性畸形进行分组，并确定其季节变化指标。研究结果表明，高危畸形患儿以8月、11月和12月为主。
