Surgical outcomes were reviewed with a minimum follow-up of 1 year post operation. A functional and patient satisfaction questionnaire was administered at a minimum of 6 weeks post operation. Results: There were 3 major complications with 1 revision operation in this series. There were no dislocations. Of patients who were working full-time prior to surgery, 33% of them were back at work or functional baseline within 1 week post surgery, and 52% by 2 weeks. 100% of patients were extremely satisfied with the operation.
