Four adhesive systems were examined: One-Step (Bisco), Prime & Bond (Dentsply), Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus (3M) and Probond (Dentsply). Human molars were sectioned in half and divided into 5 groups with 9 specimens each. Adhesive systems were used following the manufacturer's directions, except for group IV, that only received the bond from ProBond. The teflon cylinder (3 mm diameter) was fixed over the surfaces to limit the area, and the matrix was filled with Z-100 (3M). Samples were stored in water at 37oC for 24 hours and thermocycled between 5 and 55oC at 700 cycles. A EZR-30 Wolpert Testing Machine was used to measure shear bond strengths. The analysis of variance and Tukey's tests were used to compare the various groups (p<0,05). 摘要
本研究的目的是比较两种“一瓶”胶粘剂体系和分别使用底漆和胶粘剂的两种体系的搪瓷剪切粘接强度。测试了四种粘合剂系统:One-Step (Bisco)、Prime & Bond (Dentsply)、Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus (3M)和Probond (Dentsply)。将人磨牙切成两半,分成5组,每组9个标本。除IV组外,按照制造商的说明使用粘合剂系统,IV组仅从ProBond获得粘合剂。将特氟龙圆柱体(直径3mm)固定在表面以限制区域,并用Z-100 (3M)填充基体。样品在37℃的水中保存24小时,并在5 - 55℃之间进行700次热循环。采用EZR-30型Wolpert试验机进行剪切粘结强度测试。各组间比较采用方差分析和Tukey检验(p< 0.05)。两种“一瓶”胶粘剂体系与Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus的剪切粘接强度有显著的统计学差异。
