In this study, Effects of exogenous polyamines (spermine and putrescine) on germination of seed and seedling growth such as radicula length, hypocotile length, fresh weight, dry weight of pepper under salt stress were investigated. According to results, increased salt concentration resulted in a significant reduction in germination (P<0.05). NaCl prevented hypocotile growth and this inhibition was reversed by applying spermine. During application of 2 mM spermine + 200 mM NaCl (P<0.05), the best germination was recorded. 摘要
植物生长调节剂在种子萌发过程中起着重要作用。研究了盐胁迫下外源多胺(精胺和腐胺)对辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,包括胚根长度、下胚轴长度、鲜重和干重。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,种子萌发率显著降低(P<0.05)。NaCl抑制下胚轴生长,精胺可逆转这种抑制作用。2 mM精胺+ 200 mM NaCl处理的种子萌发率最高(P<0.05)。单独施用腐胺对辣椒种子萌发有抑制作用,但施用0.01 mM腐胺+ 200mM NaCl和1mM腐胺+ 50 mM NaCl可显著增加辣椒幼苗下胚轴和根茎长度(P<0.05)。
