Based on the selection index, 29 lines were selected as superior for fruit quality with ‘Formosa’ pattern. 摘要

:选择指数代表育种计划同时获得各种重要性状遗传增益的实际努力。因此,本研究通过农艺权重加权的残差或限制性最大似然/最佳线性无偏预测(REML/BLUP)方法预测的基因型值为基础,利用指数对f5品种的果实品质进行组合选择。通过双亲本杂交获得的97个f5木瓜品系,对其果实品质的主要性状进行了评价。偏差分析和遗传参数分析结果表明,存在遗传变异,表明选择过程可能成功。根据选择指标,筛选出果实品质优良的“福尔摩沙”型29个品系。选择指数策略结合了与农艺重量相关的多个感兴趣性状的blp,可以最大限度地提高遗传进展,同时丢弃不太有希望的基因型。
