Bai et al. [1] determined anti-tumor activity of GY II, using cell line models for laryngeal cancer. GY II was found to considerably inhibit the cell viability of the Hep-2 line and primary culture from patients and induce G0/G1 cell-cycle arrest as well as apoptosis. GY II also inhibited cell migration and invasion.
