摘要

本文提出了一种计算电解液中碱的电流浓度的方法,该方法考虑了电解槽中给水的消耗和补充,从而可以估计电解过程中电解液的比电导率。这对于提高水电解过程的效率是非常重要的。给出了考虑产氢量的高压电解槽电解液中碱电流浓度的计算变化。利用所提出的方法,确定了所研制的高压电解槽运行过程中电解液中碱的电流浓度在最佳浓度范围内,此时电解液的比电导率接近最大值,且随碱浓度的变化而变化。
