摘要

当前文献中一个研究不足的问题是，管理者的情商(EQ)在多大程度上推动了商业实践。为了探讨这个问题，我们对越南320家纺织服装中小企业进行了调查。我们发现，管理者情商每提高一个标准差，其商业实践采用率就会提高3.87%。值得注意的是，管理者的情商水平对每个商业实践的采用有不同的影响。这些对营销实践的影响是最强的，而管理者的情商水平对财务规划实践的影响是适度的。
