Global Health and Economic Law: Private sector regulation on the global agenda

Covid-19 and discussions in Brazil about the distribution of ICU beds stressed the enormous difficulty of guaranteeing health as a right in a public-private system, something that was already known. Enforcing health as a right depends, more than ever, on prioritizing both universality and equity.
