摘要目的:本研究旨在探讨发育正常的兄弟姐妹存在对唐氏综合征青少年父母负担和生活质量的影响。方法:对25名照顾者进行横断面和相关性研究，将其分为两组，一组是仅有唐氏综合征患儿的父母，另一组是有其他发育正常儿童的父母。护理人员从方便的样本中选择，并回答了世界卫生组织的生活质量，Zarit负担访谈和巴西的经济分类标准。结果:两组大多数家庭负担适中，生活质量正常，差异无统计学意义。结论:发育正常的兄弟姐妹的存在不是影响唐氏综合征青少年父母负担和生活质量的因素。
