Method: A nationwide online survey was conducted with 180 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy supervisors, 73.8% of whom were female, with a mean age of 40.3 years (SD = 10.03). Results: Among the main results, the intense academic training, training for psychotherapeutic practice and time of clinical experience (12.6 years, SD = 7.64) and supervised experience (7.4 years, SD = 7.26) stand out. Only 27.8% of the participants indicated having received specific training for supervisors and there was a lack of indications of training resources for remote supervision. 摘要目的:本研究旨在了解我国认知行为治疗主管的概况,并了解他们在从事这一专业活动方面的培训情况。方法:在全国范围内对180名认知行为治疗监督员进行在线调查,其中女性占73.8%,平均年龄40.3岁(SD = 10.03)。结果:在主要结果中,强化学术训练、心理治疗实践训练和临床经验时间(12.6年,SD = 7.64)和监督经验(7.4年,SD = 7.26)较为突出。只有27.8%的参与者表示接受过专门的主管培训,并且缺乏远程监管培训资源的迹象。结论:本研究被认为是第一个概述巴西认知行为治疗主管概况的研究,扩大了这一专业活动的视野。
