In order to improve its use, as well as rehabilitate structural parts deteriorated by weathering, reinforcement of beams and columns with composite material is performed. Given the climate action on structures, it is important to know the influence and behavior of wood and composite material when subjected to weathering. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of the reinforcement of CCB-treated wood with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) and subjected to artificial weathering on its tensile strength parallel to the fibers.
