摘要

目的:改进力量运动运动员生物节律训练过程的规划方法。材料和方法:研究对象为哈尔科夫地区举重和力量举重队的16名合格运动员。结果显示,实验组运动员使用计划训练负荷计算生物节律,与不计算生物节律的对照组相比,动力率提高了7.2%,动力率提高了4.6%。研究还表明,运动员或多或少地表现出生物节律依赖性。结论:确立了在计划训练过程中,考虑时差对结果的积极影响大于计划相同负荷时不考虑时差的效果。
