The criteria for investment attractiveness of soils are soil, climate, technological, organizational, economic, social, legal. The primary task is the formation of databases of agro-production properties of modal types of soils within the Carpathian region, first of all their morphological, physical and physical-chemical properties, which determine the fertility of soils and may affect on the investment attractiveness. INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF SOILS OF THE CARPATHIAN REGION OF UKRAINE
