Problemy współczesnej polskiej terminologii prawosławnej wynikające z jej relacji z terminologią cerkiewnosłowiańską

Within the framework of the scientific project “Dictionary of Polish Orthodox Terminology”, the research team undertook the task of identifying Church Slavonic equivalents of Polish terms. As a result of the research a number of facts were discovered about the mutual relations between Polish and Church Slavonic terminology. The present article, while first specifying the subject of research, focuses on the presentation of preliminary research conclusions and postulates concerning further work on the systematization of the analyzed terminology.
