This survey after intensive literature review has proposed a model to study the relation of transformational leadership with organisational commitment and mediating effect of work motivation. The survey was conducted in Haridwar and Dehradun district of Uttarakhand, India. Descriptive research design has been used in the study. In the survey data supports the hypothesised model.
