In recent years, mobile banking service applications have been on the increase along with the trend of mobile internet, and customer demand for using mobile financial services is growing in great leaps. The mobile financial services provided by mobile financial platforms should be in line with the real needs of the users, and the service contents should be different for different user groups. According to the findings of this study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and service quality had a positive impact on user attitude and intention to use mobile financial services.
