摘要
大学作为领先的科教机构，可以通过两种方式进行科学评价。第一个是受教育学生的能力和就业比例，第二个是科学家在国际期刊上发表的论文。国际评价的出版物出现在ISI的Web of Science索引中。这些出版物的科学价值正在讨论中，但似乎在新的标准被接受之前，目前的措施将保持其有效性。本文通过科学出版物和每位导师参与ISI的出版物数量对土耳其主要大学进行了评估
