采用hipuate水解试验、空肠c或大肠c特异性引物组的三种PCR方法以及大环内酯和喹诺酮类探针法(mql - lipa)对229株弯曲杆菌进行了空肠c和大肠c的鉴别。5种方法检测结果一致,除6株菌株为大肠杆菌外,其余6株菌株为空肠杆菌。其中2株的16S rDNA序列证实为空肠梭菌。这些结果表明,MQ-LiPA是一种有效的方法,可以像其他PCR方法一样取代马鞭酸水解试验。
