摘要

针对大型风电场并网时并网容量受限、弃风率高的问题,通常考虑通过储能系统来提高电网对风电的容纳能力,但如何评价风电-抽水蓄能混合系统的整体效率是需要解决的问题。为此,分析了抽水蓄能系统的投资成本、经济效益及其运行约束,揭示了区域电网优化运行条件下,风电-抽水蓄能混合系统综合效益与储能容量之间的后续机制,建立了求解综合效益的数学模型,提出了综合效益的评价方法。该方法基于相互匹配的火电机组、风电和电网负荷特性的出力曲线,结合火电机组装机容量,利用系统频率与负荷(或发电量变化)的关联关系,定量分析抽水蓄能电站容量、使用寿命、成本、收益等因素的变化对综合效益和电网的影响风电适应能力。实例分析表明,所提出的评价方法是有效的。
