摘要

采用失重试验、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、x射线衍射仪(XRD)和体视显微镜研究了Q235和Q450两种碳钢在吐鲁藏布区干热大气环境中暴露1 a的腐蚀行为及其机理。结果表明,Q235碳钢的腐蚀速率大于Q450碳钢。碳钢表面的腐蚀产物主要为α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4。碳钢Q235由于γ-FeOOH与α-FeOOH的比值较低,腐蚀产物较为松散;碳钢Q450由于γ-FeOOH与α-FeOOH的比值较高,腐蚀产物较为致密。去除腐蚀产物后,可以观察到Q235碳钢的腐蚀坑深度和体积都大于Q450碳钢。
