摘要

以4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑与乙酰氯为原料,经不同芳香醛和水合肼环化反应,制备了N-(5-(取代苯基)-4,5-二氢- 1h -吡唑-3-基)- 4h -1,2,4-三唑-4-胺类化合物。新化合物的结构经红外光谱和核磁共振谱证实。并与标准药物进行了抗菌和抗真菌活性评价和比较,结果表明该系列化合物与标准药物相比具有较好的抗菌和抗真菌活性。
