During the 10-year medicine history, the patient was treated with levothyroxine (100 µg/d), and thyroid antibody tests demonstrated that elevated thyrotropin receptor antibody sustained for long time. After 10 years, the patient was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease according to digital subtraction angiography findings.
