The EOs were also shown to exhibit strong antimicrobial activities against several pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains with MIC values ranging from 8-128 μg/mL, with the most potent activity against Enterococcus faecalis (8 μg/mL). 摘要

【摘要】尾姜属(Meistera caudata)是越南姜科特有新种。本文首次报道了獐牙菜叶和根状茎精油的化学成分及其抑菌活性。气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)分析结果显示,α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和莰烯是两种EO样品中含量最高的成分。其中,叶中α-蒎烯含量为27.61%,β-蒎烯含量为21.29%,莰烯含量为8.62%,根茎中α-蒎烯含量为10.37%,β-蒎烯含量为9.69%,莰烯含量为12.1%。对几种病原菌和真菌均有较强的抑菌活性,MIC值为8 ~ 128 μg/mL,其中对粪肠球菌的抑菌活性最强(8 μg/mL)。图形抽象
