Assuming that the magnitude and phase of unbalance obey normal distribution and uniform distribution respectively, the uncertainty can be quantitatively described. The classical 6 Sigma method is used to perform uncertain optimization design of the rotor system considering this uncertainty. The theoretical results are verified by experiments in which 36 sets of unbalance are artificially distributed to the rotor to simulate the uncertainty. In experiment, the amplitude response of the two disks and the acceleration response of the two bearings are decreased by 14%, 21.5%, 37.2% and 46% respectively in terms of standard deviation. 摘要

本文对考虑不平衡不确定性的柔性转子进行了优化设计。假设不平衡的大小和相位分别服从正态分布和均匀分布,可以定量描述不确定性。考虑这种不确定性,采用经典的6西格玛方法对转子系统进行不确定优化设计。通过实验验证了理论结果,在转子上人为分配36组不平衡来模拟不确定性。实验中,两个圆盘的幅值响应和两个轴承的加速度响应的标准差分别降低了14%、21.5%、37.2%和46%。结果表明,考虑不确定性的优化设计可以减小响应的波动,提高结果的鲁棒性。
