摘要

采用XRD、FT-Raman、XPS、UV-vis DRS等技术研究了Bi对MoVO/AlPO4催化剂上异丁烷选择性氧化制甲基丙烯性能的影响。结果表明:在MoVO/AlPO4催化剂中加入Bi组分明显提高了催化剂的催化性能,随着Bi/V摩尔比从0增加到1,对甲基丙烯醛的选择性从14.2%提高到45.1%;结合表征结果和反应评价可知,MoV0.3Bix/AlPO4催化剂的催化活性一般与晶相组成和钼钒氧化物的分散性有关,尤其与表面V5+/V4+的摩尔比有关。
