Wir diskutieren Häufigkeit, Differentialdiagnose und Therapie schlafmedizinisch relevanter Komplikationen bei Parkinson Syndromen, Multisystematrophie, Amyotropher Lateralsklerose und Kleinhirnerkrankungen.</p></div><div><p>Disorders of sleep and respiratory complaints are common in neurodegenerative diseases. Hypoventilation during sleep, REM parasomnias and sleep associated movement disorders impair the sleep as well as the quality of live and are often relevant for the long-term prognosis.
