Some patients were selected and subjected to:</p><ul><li><span>•</span><span><p>periodontal treatment of all four squares;</p></span></li><li><span>•</span><span><p>treatment of the first square with “Prophy-Jet” and sodium bicarbonate;</p></span></li><li><span>•</span><span><p>treatment of the second square with “Prophy-Jet” and glycine.</p></span></li></ul></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>The comparison between starting and last values showed a reduction, in the shortest time, of VPI and GBI in second square with Prophy-Jet” and glycine.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>Clinical results demonstrated that Prophy-Jet associated to traditional periodontal therapy reduce significantly periodontal index. 摘要
目的比较两种不同粉末，一种是由碳酸氢钠组成的粉末，另一种是由甘氨酸组成的粉末，与“预防性喷射”一起应用于患有牙龈疾病的正畸患者。材料根据斑块指数VPI大于或等于35% (O 'Leary等人)和牙龈出血指数GBI (Ainamo和Bay)大于或等于30%的基础上选择15名年龄在13-18岁接近正畸的患者。选择一些患者进行牙周治疗:•所有四个方格的牙周治疗;•第一个方格用“预防性喷射剂”和碳酸氢钠治疗;•第二个方格用“预防性喷射剂”和甘氨酸治疗。结果在起始值和末值的比较中，预防性喷流和甘氨酸在最短时间内降低了第二方的VPI和GBI。结论传统牙周治疗联合预防性牙周治疗可显著降低牙周指数。甘油粉的应用在愈合过程中也显示出多种用途。
Differenti procedure di profilassi nel paziente in trattamento ortodontico
Objectives
