摘要

目的应用鼻测压法评价腭部扩张对上颌横缩患者鼻气道阻力的影响。材料与方法20例7 ~ 11岁单侧或双侧交叉咬合或无交叉咬合的上颌横向缩窄患者(女12例,男8例),在快速腭扩张(T1)前(T0)和术后9个月(T1)行鼻压测量检查。吸气和呼气时评估气道总流量和鼻腔阻力。结果上颌快速扩张后鼻气道阻力明显降低(P <. 05)。结论口腔快速扩张后鼻阻力改善。

Objectives
