The aim of this report is to describe the correction of malocclusion with dental crowding and unilateral left cross bite in an 8-year-old boy with cleft lip and palate and maxillary hypoplasia.</p></div><div><h3>Materials and methods</h3><p>The diagnosis was made on the basis of clinical and instrumental findings.
