摘要

在本研究中,通过对油棕榈叶(OPL)进行干湿烘烤(DT和WT)来制备炭,并评估了制备炭的技术经济可行性。DT在200至300°C下在CO2气氛下进行30分钟。在工艺用水(PW)重复使用的情况下,在180至220°C下进行WT 30分钟。研究了DT炭和WT炭产品的燃料特性,包括质量产率、物理化学特性、燃料特性、热稳定性、表面化学官能团和表面结构。研究结果表明,DT影响OPL特性,而不是WT,其中具有突出燃料特性的焦炭是通过DT获得的。WT对OPL的燃料特性有轻微影响。通过DT可以获得具有最高HHV(28.67MJ/kg)、HHV改善(0.48)和能量产率(131.78%)的OPL焦。DT煤焦的O/C和H/C比降低,与褐煤相似。PW在WT中的再利用对焦炭燃料性质的影响较小,因此它是PW利用的杰出方法。技术经济可行性分析结果表明,DT是将OPL转化为焦炭燃料的有利可图的工艺,其简单投资回收期为14.13年。这些结果表明DT是由OPL生产焦炭燃料的主导技术。
