摘要

目的探讨鼻根“X”形交叉压迫敷料在除皱术中的应用效果-计算鼻根交叉挤压带的形状、术后血肿和皮肤坏死的发生率。结果两例小面积血肿，术后均未发现皮瓣感染和皮肤坏死。结论鼻“X”形交叉压迫包扎方法可靠，能有效预防术后血肿等并发症的发生，显著提高患者的舒适度。循证医学（ebm）Ⅳ级。

Objective
