However, the difference in vessel density between the two groups was not statistically significant.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Measurement and analysis of conjunctival blood vessels using OCTA exhibited robust repeatability. In dry eyes, the total number of conjunctival blood vessels increased in accordance with disease severity.
