Challenges in Treatment and the Importance of Radiotherapy in a Synchronous Endometrial and Breast Cancer

Abstract We report the case of a 69-year-old-female with synchronous endometrial and breast cancer. The imaging and pathology results confirmed the diagnosis. The patient underwent surgery and chemotherapy for endometrial cancer, and surgery followed by external beam radiotherapy for breast cancer.
