摘要

用红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了果胶多糖与硝苯地平降血压药形成稳定的配合物,测定了配合物的立体化学性质,并对其制备条件进行了优化。采用热重分析/差示量热分析(TGA/DSC)研究了果胶的热分解特性及其与硝苯地平的配合物。所得结果为设计硝苯地平水溶性无毒新剂型,扩大该药物在医学上的应用提供了科学依据。
