摘要

自新冠肺炎疫情在武汉爆发以来，全国各地的医疗机构都出现了不同程度的个人防护装备短缺。新冠疫情中心的情况尤其严重。海外捐赠是缓解防护用品短缺的有效方法之一。本文结合华中科技大学同济医学院协和医院的实践，探讨了公立医院接受境外捐赠的困难和风险，总结了经验，提出了建议，可供其他公立医院及相关部门借鉴。关键词：医院，公共；新冠肺炎；个人防护装备；海外捐赠
