A case of eyelid avulsion injury caused by bull horn
An 18-year-old male presented with a history of injury to the right eye with a bull horn. Examination revealed an avulsed flap of the right upper eyelid from medial canthus up to 1 cm above lateral canthus without any other ocular damage.
