The pregnant woman delivered a boy by cesarean section at 37+2 gestational weeks due to severe liver dysfunction. She subsequently had a high fever 2 days later, and novel coronavirus infection was confirmed by nucleic acid test in a throat swab. After a 12-day isolation and support treatment, her two consecutive throat swab results for novel coronavirus turned negative and she was discharged. The novel coronavirus was tested in the patient's blood, urine, breast milk as well as the neonatal throat swab, and the results were all negative. 摘要

报告一例围产期新型冠状病毒感染者的诊断、治疗过程及围产期结局。由于严重的肝功能障碍，孕妇在孕37+2周时通过剖宫产产产下一名男孩。她随后在2天后发高烧，经咽拭子核酸检测确诊感染新型冠状病毒。经过12天的隔离和支持治疗，她连续两次新型冠状病毒咽拭子检测结果均为阴性，出院。对患者的血液、尿液、母乳以及新生儿咽拭子进行了新型冠状病毒检测，结果均为阴性。新生儿心肌酶升高，但其他情况良好，在用正常心肌酶隔离14天后出院。关键词：新型冠状病毒；妊娠；婴儿、新生儿

It is one of the journals of the Chinese Medical Association, which is supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology, sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association, and hosted by Peking University First Hospital. Perinatal medicine is a new discipline jointly studied by obstetrics and neonatology. The purpose of this journal is to "prenatal and postnatal care, improve the quality of the newborn population, and ensure the safety and health of mothers and infants". It reflects the new theories, new technologies, and new progress in perinatal medicine in related disciplines such as basic, clinical and preventive medicine, genetics, and sociology. It aims to provide a window and platform for academic exchanges, information transmission, and understanding of the development trends of domestic and foreign perinatal medicine for the majority of perinatal medicine workers in my country.
