Current literature suggests that intrauterine metformin exposure has no significant impact on perinatal outcomes of the offspring, such as neonatal hypoglycemia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, premature delivery and others. However, considering the possible transfer of metformin across the placental barrier, intrauterine metformin exposure may potentially influence the development of placenta and the fetus, cell metabolism, and hormone levels. 摘要

二甲双胍作为一种口服抗糖尿病药物,已被广泛用于治疗妊娠期糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征和孕妇肥胖等多种疾病。目前的文献表明,宫内二甲双胍暴露对后代的围产期结果没有显著影响,如新生儿低血糖、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、早产等。然而,考虑到二甲双胍可能通过胎盘屏障转移,宫内接触二甲双胍可能会影响胎盘和胎儿的发育、细胞代谢和激素水平。根据“健康与疾病的发育起源”理论,本文综述的宫内二甲双胍暴露对后代生长、代谢、生殖功能和神经心理发育的长期影响仍需持续关注。关键词:二甲双胍;产前暴露延迟效应;增长与发展;儿童发展
