Sociometric research shows real relations in a social group, as well as the projection of the position of individuals, mutual attraction and rejection within the group. 摘要

本文的目的是证明社会计量方法在人力资源管理中应用的可能性,目的是在一个组织中任命经理。基于发表在科学论文中的一些结果,作者建立了将社会计量学作为人力资源管理研究方法的一般性和特殊性假设。在塞尔维亚的一家公司对社会计量学在任命经理方面的应用进行了具体研究。社会计量研究显示了社会群体中的真实关系,以及个体地位的投射、群体内的相互吸引和排斥。所提出的研究是在人力资源管理中更广泛地应用社会计量方法的“开创性”尝试之一,目的是在一个组织中任命管理人员,特别是在塞尔维亚。
