摘要

从玉竹根茎中分离得到甾体皂苷,其分离效率为4.50%,薄层色谱法共鉴定出7个组分,其中糠甾烷类3个,螺甾烷类4个。皂苷经酸水解后,用薄层色谱法鉴定出一种糖苷配基(皂苷元)。此外,我们还测定了分离的皂苷的理化性质和生物学性质。
