The patient developed intracranial hypertension as a result of a compressive purulent collection formed due to meningitis between the lamine of the septum pelucidum with consequent intracranial hypertension. Conclusion: The decision regarding the modality of treatment was not easy. We considered that empyema evacuation using the transcallosalinterhemispheric approach allows the complete removal of purulent collection and the placement of drainage, which allows additional emptying of the empyema cavity and prevents empyema recurrence. 摘要

目的:报告一例罕见的透明中隔腔脓肿。病例报告:一名5岁男童因发热(38.30颈椎)、头痛、呕吐而住进泽尼察州医院传染病科。由于透明隔层之间的脑膜炎形成压缩化脓性集合，导致颅内高压，患者发展为颅内高压。结论:治疗方式的选择并不容易。我们认为，采用经胼胝体半球间入路进行脓肿清除，可以完全清除化脓性收集物并放置引流管，从而进一步排空脓肿腔，防止脓肿复发。脓肿引流和抗生素治疗已显示出有益的效果。
