The findings showed that there was a statistically significant effect of all the dimensions of organizational justice on organizational commitment. Based on the regression analysis, the results indicated that procedural justice had the highest influence on organizational commitment, while the interactional justice had the least influence. The Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment at Pharmaceutical Companies in the Republic of Yemen
