The result of research that was obtained shows that sea worm’s extract which used ethanol solution 96% and was needed in the culture of bacteria Salmonella typhi with the concentration of sea worm’s extract 7.5%, 15%, 30%, and 60% involved the form of obstruction zone at the medium with duration incubation 1x24 hours and 2x24 hours. 摘要

研究了海螺提取物对伤寒沙门氏菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌作用。本研究的目的是了解对伤寒沙门氏菌和白色念珠菌生长有抑制作用的海虫艾布海鞘提取物的浓度。所获得的研究结果表明,使用96%的乙醇溶液并且在培养伤寒沙门氏菌时所需的海虫提取物的浓度为7.5%、15%、30%和60%,在培养基上以1x24小时和2x24小时的培养时间形成阻塞区。根据研究结果表明,海虫艾布海鞘提取物对伤寒沙门氏菌生长有一定的抑制作用,但对白色念珠菌无抗菌作用。
