Design: Hierarchical regressions examined race, social desirability, and race Xsocial desirability interaction as predictors of determinants of sexual risk (positive and negative consequences of risky sex, risk exposure, condom negotiation skills, likelihood of unprotected anal intercourse) among 92 men who have sex with men (White n = 67). Results: Significant interactions for two outcomes indicated that higher social desirability was associated with lower sexual risk only among Black MSM.
