摘要

评估现代规范和技术支持对复杂技术系统的项目/生命周期项目的潜力是相关的,这是基于系统、过程和项目方法以及风险导向思维的,这不仅是实现(保持)组织生产的产品竞争力的一个不可或缺的条件,还有组织本身的竞争力。制定项目管理和系统工程领域规范性和技术性文件使用方便性评估程序,作为制定科学密集型产品生命周期保障企业标准的基础。为了分析针对这一问题的现有一系列信息材料,提出并证实了这些标准,从而可以进行标准分析,包括对信息材料内容的全面分析,确定对本组织具有重要意义的标准,以及随后对科学和技术信息来源的专家评估。根据对国内科学密集型工业部门可使用的一系列规范性和技术性文件的标准分析结果,根据组织活动的性质,确定并推荐了复杂技术系统生命周期的项目/项目生命周期构建概念。所提出的方法允许根据企业活动的特点和科学密集型产品的具体情况,选择规范性文件的基本概念作为其使用的可能类似物。
