摘要

鲍曼不动杆菌是危重病人临床感染的重要病原菌。鲍曼不动杆菌的临床检出率越来越高，耐药性也越来越严重。对抗生素耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌的抗生素选择非常有限，尤其是在具有特殊年龄和生理特征的儿童中，这增加了临床负担。本文综述了鲍曼不动杆菌的感染情况，特别是肺炎、血液感染、颅内感染和抗生素使用等不同疾病的感染情况。关键词：鲍曼不动杆菌；耐药性；儿童；抗生素
