摘要

目的介绍svf -凝胶作为填充物，以及svf -凝胶在治疗颈部横纹中的应用。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年6月在广州眼鼻脂美容整形诊所就诊的30例患者，年龄25 ~ 56岁，平均36岁。我们对患者采用svf凝胶注射治疗颈部水平皱纹。1 ~ 6个月后观察疗效。结果所有患者均无严重并发症发生。颈部水平皱纹术后评价显示，肿胀时间持续1 ~ 3天，1个月后医患满意率分别为83.33%和86.67%，6个月后医患满意率分别为86.67%和83.33%。结论svf -凝胶是治疗颈部横纹的有效方法。关键词:颈部;横向皱纹;SVF;注射;复兴
