Methods: We present two patients with chronic spinal cord sequels after a surgery, who underwent cell therapy treatment with NC1 medicament (repeated intrathecal administrations of MSCs). Results: In both cases, cell therapy achieved a clear improvement in neurological sequels, such as recovery of gait disturbances, bowel dysfunction, or neuropathic pain.
